Hey Helio!
Any plans to give your loving users free games once in a while? The dont have to be much and can even be sponsored or advertise an occasion (like the “Live free or Die Hard” content)?

Dear Heliocity:
I would like to know is there a way to make video ringstones? I know you can download video ringtones frome helio.com but you would have to purchase it. Can I make my own videotones?

Any chance on the Ocean that we can get custom alerts for things like SMS & MMS? No one likes those alerts that are included with our Ocean’s & a big part of the demographic for the Helio Customer is one who LOVES to customize our phones.

How can we write our own killer apps for
the Ocean? Nokia makes it easy, with
good developer support. What about Helio?

As Eric said, ETA on over the air updates? I too am curious about what features we can look forward too. Also, congrats to Helio on becoming the major monopoly now that Amp’d Mobile is finally gone.

when will the Ocean get PC Sync software similar to the Heat and Drift? I *need* to sync my Outlook calendar with my Ocean without running my own Exchange Server and paying $10/month.
how about the ability to customize the quick launch soft buttons? I would much rather have a button for “Google Maps” vice “buy videos.”
