We’re holding a new contest this month, and it’s open to anyone with a forum account. It starts tomorrow - hopefully this announcement gives you time to prepare. Make sure to have an account by the time it starts.

It’s going to be a whole freakin’ lot of fun.

Its simple: Each day for a week at 6:30 PST, we’ll throw out a Photo challenge. Maybe it’ll be “Take a picture with a cat”, maybe it’ll be something more intense. It’s top secret until the challenge is announced. You run out with your camera and try to be one of the first three back with a picture that fits the challenge criteria, and has your forum name hand written on something in the frame (Post it note, index card, cardboard box - whatever. Just has to be in the photo, not ’shopped in later.).

Each day, the challenges will get a bit more intense - and worth more points. The first 3 people back are awarded a portion of the points based off their placement - First gets most, second gets a bit less, and third a bit less than that. Points are added up from day to day.

At the end of the week, the Top 3 will be awarded prizes. Any ties will be settled with additional challenges, open only to the remaining contestants.

First Place gets 50 bucks to their favorite store. Second Place gets 10 bucks to their favorite store, and an InvisibleShield for the Helio Device of their choice. Third gets an InvisibleShield.

Remember: It starts tomorrow, so have your cameras ready at 6:30 PM PST!
