Happy July 4th to everyone living in the US.

Looking for something to do today, or during the next few days? Stop by a Helio store. They’ve got a 3d Homerun Derby competition going on. Highest score wins a bucket load of cool stuff. Plus - They’ll feed you apple pie.

From July 4th to July 8th the Helio Santa Monica, San Diego, Palo Alto, Cherry Creek, and New York stores are hosting a baseball game competition.

It’s easy: We’ll feed you apple pie, you play 3D Homerun Derby, the daily high score wins prizes and highest score at the end wins the Grand Prize!

Getting your high score on the store scoreboard gets you a Helio t-shirt.

High score of the day wins you a “Classic Deluxe” Transformers toy AND your choice of Activision’s new Transformers: The Game for XBox 360, PlayStation 2, or Nintendo Wii (selection is limited).

Highest score at the end of the tournament wins the Grand Prize of:
• Collector’s edition, giant Masterpiece Starscream Transformer
• ‘Transformers: The Game’ from Activision
• Stereo Bluetooth® accessory
• Carrying case for your Helio.

Competition starts at Noon, July 4th, 2007.

High scores must be presented to company store “referees” at the Helio store and must have been generated during the competition (Noon July 4th to 1 hour before closing July 8th). Scores are not reset at the end of the day, so each day it gets tougher to get on the scoreboard. Game play is on Helio devices only. Not a Helion yet? Store will provide a limited number of Helio devices to play on while in store for a limited play period.
