If you were one of the bajillion people who wrote in to Helio to let them know your opinion about the “Video Virus” option, you should have received an e-mail today.

The e-mail is rather nice, and gives us hope that Helio will continue to listen to its user base as time goes on. Not only do they thank everyone who wrote in and clarify that the community’s input was a major factor in the decision, but they also request more feedback in the future!

Thank you very much for writing - we really appreciate the candid feedback
we receive from our valued members. Every message sent to talk@helio.com is
read and shared with the appropriate people internally.

We¹ve always promised to ensure that Helio remains a different kind of
wireless experience. A big part of that is listening intently to members
like you. You spoke to us about YouTube Mobile on Helio and we heard you.
Loud and clear.

We are proud to announce that YouTube Mobile is now freely available to
Helio All-In members (data charges still apply for A La Carte members, of
course).

Helio is working closely with YouTube and together we have some amazing
things are in the works - we can¹t wait to share them with you!
