After purchasing three new albums through it, it will NOT allow me to play ANY of them. I can play albums that I imported from WMP, but not the ones that I purchased (FROM HELIO!). The program simply freezes and stops responding. Ugh. My Helio Player Blows!!!

Aaron, try uninstalling Helio Player, install the Ocean Driver (from Helio.com), then re-installing Helio Player. I had similar issues. The bundled driver with player didn’t work. When I reinstalled driver, then player and player asked what drivers I wanted I still selected Ocean and somehow it all works now.
