It shows two links to use. I attempted to use the process indicated in the "new" link. I got to the page fine. When I start the download process, it appears like everything is in order. But then it says "Download Failed." After repeated attempts, I tried the "old" process. That took me to an error page. I am using my Ocean for all this. Anybody have any ideas?
