And see if you can get some photos of the staff actually using Helio devices. I get the impression that they don't use them and therefore don't know what problems Helio users have. You would think that if they used the devices (hey, maybe as a cell phone!) they would encounter the same things we encounter--and wouldn't seem so freaking surprised when we call technical support. Oh, and please take a picture of the building. My mental image is that Helio is being operated out of some teenager's garage. Please bring back pictures!
