We’re gonna visit Helio!

Signs are pointing at July 16th (May be any day next week, really.) as the visit day. Just an informal visit, possibly a tour of the building. Maybe just a high-five at the front door. Maybe there will be free cake.
Thox will be taking pictures wherever it’s allowed, so expect a link to a live FlickR album (Whoo HelioUp!) on the 16th. Don’t expect pictures of seckretz - Doubt we’ll see much on our first trip:-)

Please get some info about Google Chat coming to the Ocean! I had some really terribly written email from a tech person (or whoever) that wasn’t helpful at all. We must know!

Please bring back pictures! And see if you can get some photos of the staff actually using Helio devices. I get the impression that they don’t use them and therefore don’t know what problems Helio users have. You would think that if they used the devices (hey, maybe as a cell phone!) they would encounter the same things we encounter–and wouldn’t seem so freaking surprised when we call technical support.
Oh, and please take a picture of the building. My mental image is that Helio is being operated out of some teenager’s garage.
