It actually went past "Device Sync"!!!!! omg omg omg, happy happy joy joy thank you thank you thank you! HOLY SH!T! omg….i cant even explain how happy i am right now. I was having the "Device Sync" problem and haven't gotten around to calling Helio to resolve the problem.
