I retract my previous comments about how I didn’t like the new Buddy Beacon. After adding some location points to Facebook, I am actually enjoying the new version better than the old one.

I love it!!!!!!!! Ater I figured out that if you put in where you are(the little box with the arrow)give the address every time you are there thats where it shows you to be.It takes some time to get use to doing this but works great everytime i go out somewhere i add that location to my list an walla I’m there.

I like the other version better because I could use it, this one FINALLY loaded the application but when I try to do anything the screen says, HTTP: Cannot find page, so I have to either go back or reload it, so it doesn’t even work for my phone

im having some problems trying to access the buddy beacon by ulocate on my phone, where.com said that there would be an option on the helio homepage but i didn’t see where.com as an option on the homepage. can someone help me?

Yes i agree with Julie, the new set up is better than the old one but i do not like the subtraction of such mandatory features as: “The Switching between Google Maps and Buddy Beacon so you can find directions and such. (Although this feature has worked for sometime on buddy beacon v1)”, “Adding buddy’s by selecting them from your contacts”, and last “a more accurate gps location of where i or anyone else is..”. If even the google maps one and the more accurate GPS where added i’d be loads happier

I really like the new setup of buddy beacon 2.0. easier to use, and easier to look up things that are near to where you are

i liked version 1.0 better myself 1 reason because it no longer tells you what address your near.instead you get this big round circle to show you in what area your in within like 8 or 10 blocks

The previous version 1.0 was alot better to me than this version 2.0
This version doesnt give much of an option and i dont like it.
The version 1.0 was alot easier for me, i get to see my location
and my friend location.
