He says that the Helio 2 is still a dual slider, and that it is thinner. he would say nothing on whether it is a touch screen or not. My guess is that it is not a touch screen. I believe they are focusing on fixing the software issues with the original ocean as part of this release, not starting from the ground up with a new interface.
