The Editors

Greg Kumparak
Editor-in-chief
Born and raised in the Silicon Valley, Greg Kumparak’s got a special place in his heart for anything electronic. Few gadgets enter Greg’s house without being ripped apart and reassembled (Not always perfectly, of course - you should see his box of “extra” screws). When not working on Heliocity, fighting crime, or bear wrestling, Greg’s a freelance IT consultant and web developer.

Justin Blenkle
News Editor
Getting down to the core of a gadget is nothing new for Justin Blenkle. When he was younger, Justin could often be found ripping apart helpless Tamagotchis just to change the background printed behind the screen. Nowadays, he gobbles up the undercover Helio news like it was made of fettucini alfredo. Whether it’s FCC reports, a new trademark, or hints of a coming application - he’s got it on lock. Justin hails from the suburbs of Northern California. When he’s not covering recent Helio happenings, he makes the beats that make your body rock.

The Mods
These are the guys who volunteer their time to help keep things in the forum friendly and ensure that everything stays smooth - be sure to show some love.

Shawn (Refused9150)
Shawn rocks your face off, and has awesome tattoos.

Armando (Peetre001)
After ending his controversial boy band career (see bottom right pic), Armando began fightin’ fires and savin’ lives. Oh, and moderating a Helio forum, which is almost as cool.
