Getting a Call From Support

I submitted a support ticket this morning. I am hoping they will contact me soon. My computer is having issues. I really want computer network support to fix it without me having to send it off somewhere. Finally, I hear the phone ringing; I really hope that it is support on the line. Thankfully, it is and they begin to ask me several questions. I can tell this call is going to take a long time. I do not plan to let this person off the phone until my computer is working properly. I hope they have the solution or can connect me with someone who does.
